Pete Skibba- SalesPete Skibba is one of three founding fathers of California Timberline in Santa Ana, which specialized in Softwoods. A few years later they expanded to add Heritage Hardwoods & moved to Chino, where they completed the expansion to include Chino Valley Mill. The original partners have long since retired while Pete feels fortunate & proud to have Chris Skibba and Greg Hexberg as partners of the future. Pete has been married to Adele since 1971, their family includes: Son, Chris, Daughter-in-law Laurie, Grandsons Jack and Cole. Daughter, Sarah, Son-in-law Jimmy, Granddaughter Charlotte, Grandson Jake, and Granddaughter Sutton. FYI-Pete would much rather be Fly-Fishing than selling lumber
Greg Hexberg

Greg Hexberg- Sales/PAGreg joined California Timberline and Heritage Hardwoods in 1986 after graduating from Principia College and helping his father, Eric, build Hexberg Industrial Lumber. Today, Hex, as his friends and colleagues call him, is proud to be a partner/owner of both companies. Hex was raised in Newport Beach and currently resides in Laguna Beach with his wife Debbie. Greg and Debbie have four children, Jake, Jaynie, Brenden, and Julie. Greg still enjoys playing competitive tennis (he played all four years at Principia) as well as golf, skiing, big marlin fishing, and most other beach and water sports.
Chris Skibba

Chris Skibba- SalesChris Skibba formerly joined the family business after graduating Cum Laude from the University of San Diego with a degree in business administration in 1995 and 2 years in the wine business. He spent 10 years working as a sales representative for San Diego and Mexico before moving into the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2006. Chris feels much honored that he is able to work with people that he truly enjoys being around. Chris is happily married and has two young sons who he hopes will one day play in the La Copa.
Joe Canale

Joe Canale- Sales/PAJoe Canale graduated from Chapman University in 1983. He joined Heritage Hardwoods in 1986 as a sales representative after 3 prosperous years at Hershey Chocolate. In 2000 Joe was promoted to Sales Manager and became responsible for overseeing the Hardwood Plywood program for both domestic and imported products. In 2007, Joe became the President of Heritage Hardwoods adding administrative and sales support responsibilities to his responsibilities. Joe has been married to his wife Brianna for 18 years, and has two children, Cierra and Dakota.
Doug Willis

Doug Willis- Sales/PADoug Willis started in the lumber industry over 35 years ago at O'Malley Lumber while attending Arizona State University. After moving to Southern California, he worked for La Mesa Lumber before transitioning to the wholesale side with an emphasis in Redwood and Cedar products at South Bay Redwood Company in Orange. He has been involved in both sales and production; including, but not limited to, remanufacturing, purchasing and national sales. Doug spent 17 years at Product Sales holding the title of Sales Manager then General Manager. After the Company was purchased by Anfinson Lumber in 2004, he continued as Sales Manager of the combined companies. Doug joined California Timberline in late 2006 with the goal of implementing a specialty Redwood sales program.
Al Reed

Al Reed - SalesAl Reed joined California Timberline in 2007. He graduated from San Diego State University in 1976 with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Al brings over 30 years of experience in the sales of softwood lumber and millwork in Southern California. When not selling lumber, Al can be found on the golf course. Al has been married for 30+ years, has a son at the University of Arizona, and a daughter in high school. Al's motto is "If we don't have it, I'll tell you where you can find it."
Don Fletcher

Don Fletcher- SalesDon Fletcher joined the California Timberline family in 1999. He started in the lumber industry fresh out of high school in 1980 as a forklift operator and order puller. By 1987 he was responsible for the management of a retail lumberyard on the Central Coast. During that time Don established relationships with many of his present clientele and wholesale partners. His customer base covers a wide array of industries from San Fernando to Paso Robles. He enjoys his work tremendously, is an avid swimmer, accomplished in musical, visual and culinary arts, and has a loving wife and family.
Mike Wolk

Mike Wolk- SalesMike Wolk joined California Timberline in January 2009 with over 30 years experience in the lumber industry. He began his career with a large pro-oriented lumber dealer in Southern California after graduating from Cal State Fullerton in 1978. He learned the business from the ground up; pulling orders, customer service, retail and industrial sales, purchasing and millwork. Mike has worked in various sales and purchasing positions in wood related industries both nationally and internationally. So far in his career, Mike has bought and sold over $1 Billion worth of wood products. Mike has been married to Emily for over 20 years. Mike's interests include spending time with his family and Chinese martial arts, in which he has received his first degree Black belt.
John Hollstein

John Hollstein- SalesJohn Hollstein has been in the lumber industry since 1968, he started with Sun Lumber in L.A. John transitioned to South Bay Forest Products where he was in charge of the Western Red Cedar program. After some years he left to join Far West Fir Sales as Product Manager. John went to Product Sales and spent some time in retail sales, then later joined California Timberline in 2007. John’s outside interests include his wife Christine and two children, Andrea and Anthony, and Grandson Mathias. John also enjoys reading, gardening, weight lifting and marathon running.
Scott Crutchfield

Scott Crutchfield- Sales - PA HWS/PLYScott Crutchfield started in the lumber industry in 1988 after graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Business Administration. After moving to Southern California, he worked for Georgia-Pacific, City of Industry as an Outside Industrial Sales rep before moving to G-P's regional office in Denver CO as a manager for the Western Region Industrial Products Division. During his career he worked as a mill rep for Timber Products Hardwood before returning to distribution in Southern California in 1998. Scott is a new edition to the Cal-Timberline team, charged with Managing and growing the Hardwood Lumber and Plywood segment of our business. Scott has been married to his wife Kim for 15 years, and has two children, Tyler and Jenna.

Tim Hummel- Brand Manager - Fireblocker/PrimelockTim Hummel is one of the most recent additions to the California Timberline, and although does not have the lumber industry background brings a new dynamic to the team. Having graduated from Loyola Marymount University, Tim immediately began pursuing his business career as a corporate sales associate before taking his skills to GlobalOne, where he was the Regional Sales Manager for the West Coast. His strong background in marketing, sales and brand development provide our team with the necessary dynamic to pursue innovative remanufactured products such as PrimeLock.
Chuck Bartolon

Chuck Bartolon- SalesChuck brings a diverse background in Sales and Purchasing experience to our team. Coming from Ohio in 1981, working in Sales and Purchasing for several large Furniture companies, has given Chuck an understanding of our customers needs, few enjoy. Chuck came into the Lumber Industry in 1997. He has associated himself with several top notch companies, serving his customers diverse needs with integrity and a personal commitment to their success. Chuck is most proud of his twin daughters, attending California Polytechnic University Pomona. In his spare time, he enjoys golf and competitive driving with a local car club.
